- EUR-box pallets which do not meet the criteria for exchanging must be repaired as per the UIC 435-4
- Only repair companies authorised by EPAL are allowed to repair EUR-box pallets.
- The repair of EUR-box pallets without approval by EPAL will be prosecuted.
- Components not having the requested dimensions as per the UIC 435-2 and 435-4 must not be used.
- The repaired EUR-box pallet must meet the same technical criteria as a new EUR-box pallet.
